Dairy-Free Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of stale bread
  • 2 cups of Quinoat
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the bread into small pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, Quinoat, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour this mixture over the bread.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the pudding is golden brown and set.
