Creamy Milk-Free Custard

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 500 ml of Quinoat
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the Quinoat with the vanilla extract without boiling.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes frothy.
  4. Pour the warm Quinoat over the egg-sugar mixture while stirring constantly.
